Under 14 Dynamo win the County Cup Final

In this excellent County Cup-Final, the outcome was only definite in the later stages.
Loughborough Foxes took the lead through Rebecca Lacey with a good shot from the edge of the box after an earlier effort had been blocked following lots of pressure on the Dynamo goal. Dynamo eventually got back into the game with 2 goals just before half time through Bianca Challoner.
Oadby & Wigston started to settle down in the second half and the tie was still even with opportunites for the Foxes to score mid-way through the half, before a great through ball allowed Geraldine Campbell to race through and score to make it 3-1, Foxes were running out of time to score as Dynamo closed up defensively. Then a brilliant goal in the dying minutes from Louise Healy from 20 yards into the corner of the net secured the win and their first County Cup triumph.
These cup competititons have been a new development by the County F.A and now known as the County Tesco Cup, look for a very good future for girls football.
