Oadby and Wigston FC Under 10s

Last seasons Under 9's Competed in the Leicestershire Central Venue League playing against teams from Birstall Braunstone, GNG and Rugby. The idea was to give the girls the opportunity to play competitive football before starting the league next season at Under 10's. Leicester Academy Trials U10 The following girls were accepted in to Leicester City Academy at U10 Sinead, Amy, Gracie, Natasha, Imogen and Annabelle Congratulations to all girls who got in and comiserations to those that didn't and remember girls you will always have a home at Oadby & Wigston if you want it. From the trials we also welcome Katie and Beth although not succesful at the trials they will be a welcome addition to the squad for next season. The 2010/11 side stood up to be counted at the Oadby & Wigston Tournament and showed that the loss of six friends to the Academy is not going to stop them winning football matches.
