Starlets u18s won this years O&W Open age tournament. Playing 7 x 15 minute games against 2 other u18 teams and 5 ladies teams, Starlets won 5 and drew 2 to progress to the final against Nuneaton Blues which went to penalties after a goalless 15 minutes. Amiee Sperry saved 2 kicks and then stepped up to score the winning penalty. A great day with Starlets not conceding a single goal in 2 hours of football. |
