Great performance for the most part today. We were back at the high pressure aggressive football we all got used to seeing last season. Hopefully the girls will continue to kick on now and show that level of energy every week.
A few things to work on and discuss in training but over all me and Blaine couldn’t be prouder of the girls. Solid at the back with Katie showing great leadership, solid in midfield with great energy from all and aggressive and consistent upfront.
It was very hard to pick the player of the match today and after me and Blaine decided it would be between Ruby and Sofia, the girls picked Fifi. Well done Fifi!
